[Nerfed Kill]

So if you don't know, at the end of each season rewards are given out corresponding to your place on the ranked ladder. An example of this is the borders around people during the load screens and the two skins for Gold+ Victorious Janna and Jarvan IV.

 

The rewards for this year are as follows:

 

Bronze and Higher: A summoner Icon

(Differs on tier)

 

Silver and Higher: Profile banner trim, a loading screen border and a ward skin

 

Gold and Higher: All of rewards from before, a special invitation badge and a Victorious skin.

 

In the article (http://beta.na.leagu...s.com/node/4709) 

It shows a picture of the champion that the skin is for and due to my excitement I didn't read the description and thought the champion was Lissandra but when re-reading the article uses words like Skittering and web, It's pretty safe to say the skin is for Elise.

The webs could just be to trick everyone. Could be Shyvana.

 

But probably Elise. After looking at it for a while now I'm pretty sure it's Shyvana. Probably still be elise though.

The thing that's convincing me along with the description is that the person has fangs and has something dripping from her finger (Poison=Spider?)

 

In her splash art she has fangs as well

Edit: I know this is a long shot considering how short the lifespan of the ranked team was but nearer the time I'm happy do try ranked 5's or duo que so we can get the higher divisions.
