He's not broken you just have to win the game against a Nasus before 40 minutes. Or just really, really camp him early

I'm willing to bet the Garen (Or a different top laner) had no idea of what to do against nasus. DENY HIM FARM. Do that and he's useless.

Nasus has always been strong late game. His power lies in the ability to deal a ton of damage with only 1-2 offensive items, due to his q stacks, and build tanky. A late game Nasus will be tough to kill, but he wont have any trouble two shotting your carry. If you look at the score the other team was behind, which is probably why it looks so op.

 

In a game where the score is more even, a Nasus building like this would probably die pretty quickly. He could've gone Triforce and IE and the rest of his build focused more on tank items and he'd still be doing a ton of damage while being more useful if the game wasn't in his favor.

Crit Gangplank is pretty much the same. It's quite a hard build though, as if you can't farm enough in the early/mid game you won't have enough of the build to start steamrolling, and won't have the tank to survive. Once it's built though you can go 1v2/3 pretty easily since you'll always be critting, can double crit using your Q, and have pretty insane lifesteal.

Afaik the only people who use vent are the people who play league, and the occasional gathering.
